Phoenix Pathway and Guided Life Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your data but, more importantly, your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle the information you provide when engaging with our coaching, books, or digital platforms.

  • Data Collection: We collect names, emails, and payment details (processed via Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace) solely to facilitate your coaching and deliver materials.

  • Zero-Trade Policy: We do not sell or rent your data. It stays within our ecosystem (e.g., email platforms for communication) to fulfill the services you’ve requested.

2. Terms of Service

By accessing this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

  • Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental and relational wellbeing. Coaching is an educational intervention, not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical advice.

  • Intellectual Property: All materials, including the "23 Modes of Connection" and any "Legacy Package" documentation, are the property of Phoenix Pathway LLC. Theft of this intellectual property will be pursued.

  • No Guarantees: Growth is a product of your agency. We provide the strategies, you provide the execution. Results are not guaranteed for those who do not do the work.

3. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access to digital products and the high demand nature of coaching sessions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3a. Coaching Sessions & Calendly Policy

  • Skin in the Game: Payment is a psychological commitment. Once a session or package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for "change of heart" or failure to attend.

  • Calendly Bookings: When you book via Calendly, that time is removed from our availability.

    • Rescheduling: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.

    • No Shows: If you miss your scheduled time or fail to give 24 hour notice, the session is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

  • Package Expiration: Coaching packages are non-refundable and must be utilized within the timeframe specified in the package (ie: The Foundation is a Three Month package. You have three months from the time of purchase to use all bi-weekly sessions that were purchased.) Missed or cancelled sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Phoenix Pathway.

The information provided in the Coaches Corner is for educational purposes only. Neither Landon Groves nor Phoenix Pathway LLC makes warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of this content.

This blog is a resource for personal development, not a clinical diagnosis. By reading, you acknowledge that the application of these concepts is at your own risk. If you are in a crisis, seek assistance from a licensed medical professional immediately.

5. Data Storage & Third-Party Security

We don’t store your credit card info, we leave that to the professionals. We utilize industry standard platforms including Squarespace, Stripe or PayPal for payment processing.

  • Platform Liability: While we choose these providers for their reputations, high level security and encryption, they are independent third party entities. Phoenix Pathway LLC does not control their internal security protocols or infrastructure.

  • Limitation of Liability: By using our services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any security breaches, data leaks, or technical failures that occur on the side of these third party providers. If their systems fail, your recourse is with them, not us.

6. External Links and Tools

Our website and coaching may involve third party tools (e.g., Calendly, WhatsApp, or external resources).

  • Not Under Our Control: Once you leave our site or engage with a third party app, their privacy policies and security measures take over.

  • No Endorsement of Security: We use these tools for efficiency, but we are not liable for their data handling practices or any "glitches" in their software.

7. Social Media & Public Content Disclaimer

The content shared on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms by Landon Groves and Phoenix Pathway is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

  • Not Clinical Advice: Public videos, posts, and live streams are designed to challenge perspectives and provide general insights into relationship dynamics and personal agency. They do not constitute psychological, medical, or clinical advice. My public content is not a substitute for a one-on-one professional intervention.

  • No Professional Relationship: Engagement with my social media content—including "likes," "follows," "shares," or comments—does not establish a coach/client relationship. You are not a client of Phoenix Pathway, Landon Groves or Guided Life Coaching LLC simply because you interact with my public profile(s).

  • Direct Messages (DMs): Sending a message or receiving a response (regardless of how brief) on social platforms is not a coaching session. A professional relationship is only established through a formal agreement, completion of the Performance Questionnaire, and receipt of payment for services.

  • Public Forum Risk: Social media is a public space. If you choose to share personal details in comments or public threads, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and that this information is not protected by the confidentiality standards of a private coaching agreement.
